1. Equipment Introduction

Introduction to the Production Line:


This production line is an integrated energy-saving production line for degreasing and drying of air-conditioning evaporators, condenser fins, and long U-tubes, and automatic brazing of small U-tubes, integrating degreasing, brazing, oil and gas, and heat recycling. The products are placed vertically on the conveyor line and first pass through the degreasing furnace for degreasing and drying, and then continuously enter the brazing furnace for automatic brazing of small U-tubes, realizing online production.

Production Line Structure:

The air-conditioning heat exchanger degreasing production line includes a degreasing furnace, a catalytic combustion chamber, a heat transfer enhancement chamber, a natural gas control unit, a high-pressure top blowing, a degreasing side blowing, a drying side blowing, a bottom blowing mechanism, and an automatic lifting guardrail. The degreasing furnace is connected to a hot air circulation system through a pipeline, a small U-tube automatic brazing furnace, and a conveyor line that is sequentially arranged at the bottom of the degreasing furnace and the brazing furnace.

Production process steps:

Manually put the product on the line from the front end of the degreasing furnace → the product passes through the degreasing furnace at a uniform speed for automatic degreasing → automatic drying → manually insert the small U tube into the product online at the front end of the brazing furnace → the product passes through the brazing furnace at a uniform speed for automatic welding of the small U tube → manually assemble and weld other accessories of the product coming out of the brazing furnace → manually take the product off the line from the end of the conveyor line.

  • After the volatile oil evaporates, part of it enters the combustion chamber with the circulating air for combustion, and the heat generated by its combustion is used for degreasing and drying, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the burner. At the same time, since part of the volatile oil is burned, the oil content in the exhaust gas discharged by the degreasing furnace is reduced, making the subsequent processing easier.

Production line function mechanism

  • This production line is a degreasing and drying production line for air-conditioning evaporator/condenser fins and long U-tubes. The products are placed vertically on the conveyor line and pass through the degreasing area and drying area. It adopts gas combustion heating, has catalytic combustion and heat recycling functional mechanisms, and various process processes are interrelated. The internal and external double circulation recycles the waste oil and gas and heat energy, thereby realizing efficient energy utilization and achieving safety purposes.

Process characteristics

Scope of use

Automatic welding of short U-tubes of heat exchangers, products are 1-4 rows (products with the folded edge of the end plate lower than the cup mouth of the long U-tube). Note: For products with more than 3 rows and small U-tubes blocking each other or the end plate, some welding points may need to be repaired.
