The robot induction heating system includes:
- 25 kW high frequency induction heat machine.
- Hand-held coaxial transformer.
- 2P Industrial chiller equipped with environmentally friendly refrigerant (chiller built into the lower part of the induction heating host)
- Industrial robot: 10KG payload, 2.1m operating radius.
- Brazing two fittings and a helical tube to create a mount.
- Brazing copper pipes for HVAC and appliance industries.
- Brazing steel parts for automotive and aerospace industries.
- Faster and more energy-efficient heating than a torch.
- Higher repeatability and consistency than manual brazing.
