Principle:

Heat is generated and transmitted by an electric heating element immersed in heat transfer oil. The heat transfer oil is used as a medium and a circulation pump is used to force the heat transfer oil to perform liquid phase circulation and transfer the heat to one or more thermal equipment. After unloading, it returns to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbs heat, and transfers it to the heating equipment. This cycle repeats to achieve continuous transfer of heat, causing the temperature of the heated object to increase, and meeting the heating process requirements.

Process:

The heat transfer oil is injected into the high oil level tank through oil injection and then pumped into the induction heating body through the circulation pipeline through the circulation pump for heating. This achieves the purpose of using diathermy equipment.
